We are a small business based in Yorkshire. We started out at craft fairs and markets selling handmade items, a lot of crochet, but also macrame, cross stitch, and anything else that we’d taken an interest in at that time.

We found that although the finished products did sell, a lot of the conversations we had were with fellow crafters, discussing the techniques or patterns or reminiscing about how they used to crochet, knit, stitch and so on.

As more and more crochet stalls started turning up at markets, as crochet fell in and out of fashion, we realised that there was more of a demand for the things that people could craft with, rather than the finished crafts themselves. So we started selling more and more craft supplies, accessories and kits.

We can’t give up crafting ourselves and while we’re practising techniques and keeping our hands in on our respective favourite crafts, and discovering new ones, we continue to sell finished products. But we are focussing more and more on serving the established crafters and awakening an interest in the craft curious.

And in the meantime we carry on diving down rabbit holes of new crafts, new techniques, new patterns, colours, kit….
